Ground Floor Accommodation:
On the ground floor is an open plan living, kitchen, dining room of 50sq metres. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, fridge, zanussi oven with ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The living area has underfloor heating, sandstone floor, woodburning stove, TV, DVD and CD. Also on the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms with a shower room and WC and a separate utility room with washing machine and freezer.

First Floor Accommodation:
Upstairs has two bedrooms, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony where you can watch the sun rise or count the stars at night.

The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a minstrels' gallery with a double sofa bed.

Heating and logs for the fire are all included.
Bed linen is provided.
